Craving ice cream but want to keep it healthy? This banana ice cream recipe uses frozen bananas to create a creamy, naturally sweet dessert without dairy or added sugars.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
