Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

This healthy chocolate dessert is creamy, rich, and secretly good for you! Made with ripe avocado and cocoa, it satisfies your sweet tooth without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp almond milk (as needed for consistency)
