Low-Carb Cauliflower Fried Rice

Looking for a satisfying low-carb meal that tastes like takeout? This cauliflower fried rice is full of flavor, low in carbs, and ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup peas and carrots
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté veggies for 2 minutes.
