Low Carb Zucchini Noodles with Homemade Pesto

These low carb zucchini noodles are a fantastic pasta alternative! Tossed with fresh basil pesto and cherry tomatoes, this dish is light, flavorful, and ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
