Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 100 ml coconut milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- A handful of blueberries or raspberries
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed (or chia seeds)
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Optional: sprinkle with shredded coconut
Preparation:
In a jar or bowl, mix the oats, coconut milk, mashed banana, cinnamon, and flaxseed. Stir well and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 2–3 hours).
Before serving, add fresh berries, a drizzle of honey or agave if desired, and top with crushed walnuts or almonds for extra crunch.
